Hinge, seating position

Here's a hinge (the one where I used the two shorter stock hinge pins instead of making my own) fully installed. Carpet is reglued with 3M trim adhesive. The instructions seem to indicate that you should cut the carpet, but I just tucked it all up in place. Seems to be fine.
