Hacking U-channel

The "late" (Post-64ish; see Toby's instructions) seat bottoms have a U-shaped channel for mounting the cardboard cover that shows when you run the seat up in the stock cargo configuration. Instructions say to cut & cold chisel a 50mm (2") section to clear the brackets. This wasn't enough, though; see next picture.
